Important information regarding the cancellation, return, and refund of prescription medications ordered through Alprazolam.us.
Strict Legal Notice: Under U.S. Federal Law and FDA safety guidelines, prescription medications cannot be returned to the pharmacy once they have been dispensed and shipped to a patient.
General Return Policy
Because we operate as a clinical entity dispensing prescription medications, we do not accept physical returns of any medication. Once an order has left our domestic fulfillment center in Matawan, NJ, we are legally prohibited from accepting the product back into our inventory, even if the package is unopened.
Consequently, we cannot issue refunds for orders where the patient simply changes their mind after the medication has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. You may cancel your order for a full refund provided the cancellation request is made before the order has been processed and dispatched from our facility.

- If the tracking number has already been generated and the package has been handed over to the courier, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Orders flagged due to a failure to provide valid prescription documentation will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your health and safety are our top priorities. If an error occurs on our end, we take full responsibility. You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Medication: The medication received does not match the medication, brand, or dosage prescribed and detailed in your order confirmation.
- Damaged in Transit: The medication arrives damaged, compromised, or unsealed.
In these instances, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the incorrect or damaged items to process the claim and arrange a secure replacement or refund.
Lost Deliveries
We utilize trusted domestic couriers for all fulfillment. If the courier loses your package in transit, we will conduct a brief investigation. If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will offer a complimentary reshipment of your medication or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Times
Once an eligible refund is approved by our billing department, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
